1. Büsan: 237 hectares, 1,200 parcels, 27,500 employees
2. Elit: 35 hectares, 160 parcels
3. İmsan: 20 hectares, 80 parcels
4. Kobisan 1: 16 hectares, 88 parcels
5. Kobisan 2: 17 hectares, 80 parcels
6. Kobisan 3: 12 hectares, 110 parcels
7. Kobisan 4: 45 hectares, 314 parcels (new phase)
