How should currency risk be assessed?
Answer
Income and costs may be in different currencies. The home is bought with euros or kronor, while rent comes in Turkish lira. Lira rent can rise with inflation; the exit price also depends on the exchange rate and the local market.
A buyer thinking in Swedish kronor should not be taken in by a “fixed euro return” table. The Foreign Exchange Purchase Certificate, fees and rent are not all in the same currency.
İnterkon Realty Group does not lock the price to a single exchange rate or promise “guaranteed euro rent”.
