How can I avoid fake listings and promises of “guaranteed citizenship”?
Answer
Estate agents do not sell passports. A file saying “you'll be a citizen in 90 days with this home — send the deposit to a crypto wallet” is fraud. The official route is the title deed, the Foreign Exchange Purchase Certificate, the bank, the TTB conformity certificate and the ministry's letter.
Investors from Sweden and Germany are targeted by this promise more often, because threshold amounts are easily turned into advertising language.
