Can the USD 200,000 residence threshold and the USD 400,000 citizenship threshold be met with the same home?

If the value, title deed type, occupancy permit and payment chain all fit, the same home can enter two separate administrative tracks. Legally, they are not the same procedure. Residence falls under Law 6458 Art. 31/1-b; citizenship under Law 5901 Art. 12 and Regulation Art. 20/2-b. Citizenship adds the 3-year annotation and the TTB. For residence, the address being open on e-İkamet is a separate condition.
A buyer from Denmark expects two statuses from one budget. The goal must be written down from the start: investment only, residence, or a passport?
