When and how should I pay a deposit?
Answer
Only after the block and parcel is confirmed open to foreigners, the title deed is broadly clean, and the price and handover are in writing. The deposit agreement must clearly state the refund conditions, the deadline and which shortcomings trigger a refund.
A buyer from Germany knows Anzahlungsrisiko. In Turkey, contract standards vary from office to office; do not assume the text is as uniform as in Germany.
